Matt grew up in Dickinson and graduated from Dickinson High School and attended college at Minot State. He started in construction at a young age roofing his first house when he was just 16. Since then he has worked as a window installer for ABC seamless, salesman for one of the biggest construction companies in Florida, and Sales Manager for Capital Exteriors right here in North Dakota. It was at Capital Exteriors that he learned the business from longtime boss and now mentor/friend(s) Jon and Anton Roise. Matt has gained the experience and knowledge from working the hail storms in SW North Dakota, as well as the hurricanes in Florida to succeed in today’s ultra competitive market. His understanding of the construction build process as well as his excellent customer service is what Matt believes sets him apart from the ordinary contractor.  He is always looking for ways to improve and stay ahead of the competition by putting in the work required to maintain an elite level of quality and professionalism people want in a contractor. Matt has a beautiful 5 year old daughter that he wants to make proud. Kevin is originally from Peru but moved to the United States in his early teens with his mother to live the American Dream! He was raised with respect and taught to work hard for everything he has in life. He also started his journey in construction at a young age. He was doing metal and asphalt roof installation when he met Matt at MMA practice were they became close friends. He too started working at Capital Exteriors as a salesman. Together, Kevin and Matt spent years traveling ND and Florida working and gaining the knowledge and experience they now have today. They opened Power Roofing and Construction LLC looking to continue their hard work in building a professional construction company that does honest and trustworthy work with quality installs. Kevin has 3 beautiful children that he wants to be able to support and to afford them a life he wasn’t able to have coming from Peru. He is passionate about getting better each and every day so he can better serve our clients, and community with exceptional service and quality installations.

Jamie grew up in Dickinson and graduated from Dickinson High School and attended college outside of Omaha Nebraska. He and Matt are childhood friends.  Jamie returned to ND to pursue his career in sales and be closer to his family and home. He has over 10 years in the sales industry. Power Roofing and Construction is excited to have a smart, energetic, savvy Sales Manager like Jamie to help us grow into one of the premiere construction companies locals can rely on for all their restoration needs.
